ABSavage Inc(also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes steps to protect your privacy. In this Privacy Notice (“Notice”), we describe the types of personal information we may collect from you in connection with your use of our websites including, but not limited to, mobile application both from IOS and Android devices, social media pages, or other online properties (collectively, the “Website”), or when you use any of the products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

• Private Profile (Option to have your profile private and only available to those who follow youor trainers you follow)

• Voice and Likeness (Eventually we will have an app that you will allow you to challenge yourfriends to a workout, we would like to include video capturing for performance tracking, voice recording, etc.)

• Other info such as purchase history, attendance, etc.

• Communication (the ability to collect email and mailing addresses, phone numbers

• Reviews (beta testing and feedback information will be requested from time to time to improveour products, testimonials etc.)

• Location (IP location, GPS location, interaction with your smart device to provide better userexperience)

• Automatic Data Collection(we will be collection Data from the user every timethe log in into the website/app, cookies, navigation of the user on our services, time spent on site, clicks, and other actions taken by user)

• Information Submitted by Users (The ability for ABSavage Inc to freely use the information submitted by the user such as platform improvement suggestions, inventions, concepts, techniques or merchandise/product inventions)

• Third Party Information (Apple Store, Facebook, Google play, Twitter, any social media sites)information that allows us to verify identity or improve user experience.

Children under 13 years of age

ABSavage Inc’s Website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13without verified parental consent. If we learn that we have collected information, including Personal Data, from an individual under 18 years of age without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

• To the extent we use Personal Data to comply with a legal obligation under EU orMember Statelaw, Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR is the legal basis for our data processing.

• To the extent we use Personal Data to protect the vital interests of individuals, Article 6(1)(d) ofthe GDPR is the legal basis for our data processing.

Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

We may transfer Personal Data relating to EEA residents to countries that have not been found by the European Commission to provide adequate protection, including the United States. For any such transfers, ABSavage Inc implements safeguards designed to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of protection. California Addendum

The following disclosures apply to, and are intended exclusively for, residents of the State of California.

Users in California

Users who are California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act,(“CCPA”). If you are an eligible California user, included in these rights are:

• “Right to Know”—You have the right to request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you and access a copy of your personal information.

• “Right to Deletion”—You have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you.

• “Right to Non-Discrimination”—If you choose to exercise any of your rights under CCPA, AB Savage will treat you like all other users. In other words, there is no penalty for exercising your rights under CCPA.

• “Right to Opt-Out”-You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.

CCPA has a specific definition of a “sale” and while ABSavage Inc does not, in the traditional sense, sell your personal information or the personal information of any of our users, we do use cookies that make non-personally identifiable information available to select third-parties.
